Business Development Representative is responsible for acquiring,
building, cultivating, and retaining the relationship with our real
estate clientele. They are responsible for connecting with real
estate agents and leading them through the sales journey from day
one and beyond. Being able to take the processes that are in place
but put their own creative and personalized flair to it. Finding
new and innovative ways to connect with real estate agents is key.
The Growth and Business Development Representative will be the face
of the company so having strong interpersonal, written and verbal
communication skills is key. Each week the Growth and Business
Development Representative will be given goals to meet. These goals
are set on a weekly and monthly basis by the division manager. The
Growth and Business Development Representative is then responsible
for meeting those goals as well as gaining knowledge around the
market they are in. Finding out where the gaps are, what the
relators are seeing trends-wise, and how we can adapt or maintain
our strategy. The Growth and Business Development Representative is
the eyes, ears, and brand ambassador of CalPro Inspection Group.
Responsibilities: Acquiring new clients Retaining current clients
Establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with real
estate agents, clients, and affiliates Giving presentations at real
estate offices and associations Attending and participating in
existing client and prospect meetings Attending and participating
in sponsorship and events for both realtors and affiliates Creating
content, connections, and posting on social media platforms and
SalesMail Drive revenue from new and existing client relationships
Data entry using the company CRM system Being the brand ambassador
for CalPro Inspection Group Work activities: Make contact with
potential clients through cold-calling, emails, SalesMail, social
media, and meetings (1:1 or team) Book new meetings with potential
clients, teams, offices, or agencies Attend agency, team, and
relator association meetings Attend networking events and
sponsorships Perform regular follow-up activities and continual
communication with existing clients and potential clients Other
duties made necessary by the division manager Skills: Strong
communication skills, verbal and written Strong organizational and
follow-up skills A true go-getter who thrives in a sales-type role
Has a driver personality Detailed oriented Organized Flexible Time
management skills Willing to work independently Social media and
tech-savvy Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient with a CRM
Preferred work experience: 1-2 years of outside sales 1 year of
inside sales 1 year of customer service Job Types: Full-time Pay:
