Our team is responsible for End to End FPGA development of all Intel FPGAs.

As a SoC Design Engineer Lead you will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development.
• Lead Front End integration effort of industry leading FPGAs.
• Participate in FPGA architecture specification, module interfaces definition/formats.
• Perform Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs.
• Collaborate with architects, IP designers, verification, timing, physical design and software teams to bring SoC to life.
• Work with design automation team to define next generation tools/flow for integration. Qualifications
  
  Qualifications
  
  Relevant experience can be obtained through work, classes, projects, internships, and/or military experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
  
  What You'll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
  
  8+ years of relevant experience, experience should include:
  • SoCs, Frontend design and integration. Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd (Experience in one, or more, of the following preferred qualifications is considered a plus factor):
    • 12+ years of SoC frontend design experience.
    • Master's in Electrical engineering.
    • Experience with end-to-end SOC development, including successful silicon. Education Requirement
      • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Inside this Business Group

        Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $156,410.00-$250,410.00
        Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
        
        Working Model
        
        This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
