opportunity as an Operator located in Hayward, CA.The Dow Hayward
Site is part of the Dow Coating Materials business, producing
paint, adhesives, and other products.About you:As an operator, you
are responsible for transferring our product around the plant. You
run our water treatment facilities, too. You'll operate equipment
including pumps, valves, filters, and instrumentation. You'll
occasionally troubleshoot and repair failed equipment, so you need
to be a good problem-solver. You play a key role in the production
of our product. You can work with a team, but you are always
accountable for your own productivity. Are you looking for a job

qualifications: This role requires the candidate to meet one of the
following criteria:Associate degree in Process Technology, ORA
minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, ORA minimum of 1 year
coatings manufacturing experience, OR3 years or more of relevant
military training/experienceOther required qualifications
include:Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 4-on-4-off, alternating
days/nights.Current, valid US driver's license (required to operate
yard trucks).A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is
the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa
sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for
any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.Essential
functions of this position may require, among other things, that
the employee use particular types of equipment such as on-site
safety equipment that has specific weight limitations whereby the
individual's own weight, plus the weight of tools and other items
and materials, must not exceed a certain threshold. (For example,
some types of safety equipment may be rated for a maximum weight
limit of 300 pounds total.) In the event a job offer for this

This pay range is specific to the State of California and accounts

base pay range for this position is: $22.48 - $37.46. For those
employees who are eligible for overtime pay, payment will be made
under the provisions of federal and state law (typically, 1.5X of
your regular hourly rate).This position offers a variable, yearly
bonus based on company performance with an additional individual
