Job Description:

Need US or GC. Client wants candidate hybrid onsite 1-2 a week in Hayward, CA. This is contract to hire. Act as primary engagement point for IT and collaborate with business stakeholders. Contact between Netsuite and other third-party partners if applicable. Focused on cultivating positive and productive relationships. Excel in all aspects of Netsuite administration with an emphasis of process & system optimization. Conduct interdepartmental meetings seeking and obtaining each stakeholders and assess best solution according to best practices. Netsuite Project management and implementation Assessment of Areas of opportunity and solutioning with best practices. Evaluate current and new processes to improve performance and usability. Communicate with Netsuite support, maintain familiarity with updates and improvements to be released in future releases, conduct proper testing. Ensure that no systems are damage by newest release. Experience in creation of custom objects, fields, groups, entities etc Train key users Follow change management process for change requests. Maintain and conduct meetings with different stake holders to understand Custom reports and dashboards Workflow expert User management System Analysis Prioritization of cases, projects etc Reporting Meeting participation Creation of presentations as needed. Education and Experience: BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, 10+ yrs experience in Netsuite, Certifications preferred
