QA Document Control Specialist
Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: (Summary of job duties)
Maintains all documentation and product specifications for the Quality Assurance Department. Responsible for the information in the company ERP database which relates to the QA department. Provides technical support on product, label and packaging specifications to other departments upon request. Coordinates with other departments on new item development projects. Works with the Quality Assurance Managers on approval of product, label, packaging specifications and product requirements. Provides advice and assistance when problems or questions about the job or departmental operations arises, demonstrates excellent performance in the execution of duties and responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Maintains and updates all documentation of the Quality Assurance Department, such as in-line QA Audit reports, incoming material Grading Reports, audit reports, etc., including computer database.
--- Maintains and updates product, label and packaging specifications (including raw materials and purchase items) in the Department, including the computer database.
--- Coordinates with other departments on new item development projects.
--- Works with the Quality Assurance Manager on approval of product, label and packaging specifications.
--- Provides technical support to other departments on product, label and packaging specifications.
--- Participates actively in both internal and external audits.
--- Monitors the temperature database from external provider.
