Ordering SpecialistRenewal by Andersen - Hayward, CARenewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.The Ordering Specialist is responsible for building orders in our ordering software and entering details into the system with accuracy. Duties will also include auditing all ordering details prior to submission for accuracy, confirming all purchase orders, and inputting shipping information. Duties will include inputting adjusted and delayed shipping information and communicating that information to other departments.Primary Responsibilities:- Enter details into our Order Management System as provided by our Installation Manager team.- Build detailed orders in ordering software.- Audit details of all orders for accuracy- Coordination with the various field teams to obtain information and clarification needed for ordering. - Confirming all purchase orders for accuracy and shipping dates.- Update adjusted and delayed shipping information on the customer record.- Monitor the backorder report, and alert the scheduling team of any conflicts.- Attend company meetings and seminars as required.- Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by Management.Qualifications:- 2+ years of data entry experience- Salesforce or CRM software and auditing experience is a plus- Intermediate to advanced computer and typing proficiency- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment required- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent organizational skills- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to follow up- Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented- Flexibility and ability to adapt well in a changing and challenging environment- Able to sit and work with computers and phones for long periods of time with at least 8 hours or moreCompensation and Benefits:- $25-26/hour- Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life- 401(K)- PTO and Student Loan Reimbursement Program!Schedule:- Onsite in our Hayward office- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmIf this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now.
