Job Description:

Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial machinery, has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Machinist, to join our winning team in Hayward.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.



Our candidate of choice must be able to program manual machines. This is a first shift role!



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate traditional manual milling machine, lathe, saws, and using hand tools
Operate CNC Lathes and Mills
Interpret engineering drawings


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum five (5) years of operating a manual milling machine, lathe, saws, and using hand tools.
Interpret engineering drawings.
Possess solid math skills, including 3D space geometry
Prior CNC experience in programming and doing setups
Willing to attend CNC classes during personal time
