Job Description:
A company is looking for a French Interpreter.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately relay messages between speakers of different languages
while maintaining content, context, and style
Facilitate effective communication by converting spoken language
and serve as a cultural broker when necessary
Adhere to ethical codes and maintain client confidentiality in all
interpretations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Native fluency in English and French, with understanding of
regional accents and linguistic styles
Completion of a minimum of 40 hours in an interpreting course
Degree in languages, translation, interpretation, or related fields
preferred; experience may substitute for education
National certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and
Excel
