Key Responsibilities
Champion customer satisfaction with a personalized and caring
approach
Understand and respond to customer needs through direct
interactions and feedback
Proactively identify and implement effective resolutions to
customer concerns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Strong sense of ownership and disciplined curiosity
Empathetic communication skills to connect with customers
personally
Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus
Ability to navigate and resolve complex issues effectively
