Job Description:

Position Purpose: Branch Automation Business System Analyst 1 is responsible for providing Tier 3 support for Community Banking Group management.

• Responsible for assessing issues and resolving them.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining department procedures and reports
• Responsible for handling complex inquiries and problem solving
• Provide weekly status updates on issues and research to management to further the department's productivity and education
• Manage Test accounts and profiles for Branch Automation
• Participate in product testing prior-to and post-launch
• Participate in projects or perform other duties as assigned
• A professional self-starter who has the ability to work independently yet demonstrates teamwork in facilitating workflow
• Be able to structure tasks and manage time effectively Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Familiar with standard banking concepts, practices and technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
  • Verbal and written ability to share knowledge regarding updates Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Solid communication and organizational skills
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of work
    • Ability to work in teams or independently without supervision and
