Accounts Receivable Administrator Construction firm in Hayward, California.Must be COVID VaccinatedMust be willing to work onsiteDetails:Salary range $58k-68KMinimum Two-Year AA Degree in Accounting or 4 years of accounting experience in Accounts Receivable and CollectionsConstruction Accounting Experience is a MUSTSummary:The Accounts Receivable Administrator who will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. Accounts Receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing, and monitoring billings, collections, and lien releases.General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Generating and sending out owner/customer billings and statementsEnsure we are billing customers on timeMake collection calls/emails on accounts and enter notes in systemProcess daily bank deposits through remote deposit captureCollect and verify we have all lien releases from subcontractors and suppliers on projectsPerform account and job reconciliationsIdentify and resolve billing issues on projectsProduce monthly financial reportsReview the accounts receivable aging weeklyNotify customers of delinquent accounts and obtain payment statusREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Two-Year AA Degree in Accounting or 4 years of accounting experience in Accounts Receivable and CollectionsPrevious Construction Accounting Experience is a mustExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlinesCollaborative, organized, and detail orientedStrong computer skills including MS Word and ExcelAbility to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support, achieve results and to manage conflicting prioritiesWollborg Michelson Recruiting does require all applicants to be able to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated from COVID prior to their start date, unless otherwise prohibited by law.Wollborg Michelson Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination of any kind.
