Key Responsibilities: Responsible for property maintenance within the apartment complex. Must have electrical skills, Appliance troubleshooting knowledge, plumbing, sheetrock, and be able to maintain a pool/spa. Primary goal is making sure that the homeowner/renter is happy. Create detailed work estimates including labor, materials, and outside vendors based on your experience doing home maintenance and your industry knowledge. Primary client liaison between homeowners and property management company. Clear communication with all team members, clients, vendors and external resources. Follow company instructions & protocols Job Requirements:Skills & Experience: 2-3 years of property maintenance in a HOA, apartment complex or condominium community. - Proactive recognition of Homeowner maintenance issues and bringing them to clients' attention. Able to turn around apartments after rental period is over and getting apartments ready for new lease. Education: High School or GED Physical Requirements: Must be able to push, lift and move up to 50 lbs Equipment Used: Small hand tools, power tools, hand truck, dolly, etc.
