Founded in 1948, we have a long standing reputation as a leader in our industry. The Role: As the Construction Project Manager you will manage both residential and commercial construction projects. From start to finish you will be responsible for assuring the projects are completed to the highest quality standards, are finished on-time and on-budget. Unlike new construction, our rebuild projects present a myriad of challenges and no two days are the same. You will interact daily with a host of sub-contractors, our in-house craftsmen and various property managers and insurance professionals.The Opportunity: This position will allow you to interact with both commercial and residential property owners. You will work with some of the best sub-contractors in the business and have the opportunity to take on bigger and bigger projects as your skills develop. What You Must Have: To succeed in this role you must have a minimum of two years, hands-on experience running either residential or commercial construction projects. You must have strong organizational skills and be team oriented. The ability to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial is very important.
