A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to support a
non-profit organization's real estate strategy remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Foster client relationships and align their needs with the
organization's real estate strategy
Conduct market analysis and oversee site selection and evaluation
processes
Create and manage transaction-related documents while ensuring
legal compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related
field
2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong negotiating skills with a proven ability to secure favorable
lease terms
Proficiency in market research, analysis, and financial
modeling
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
