This uniqueness has enabled us to partner with some of the most innovative companies and products and household brands both in the U.S. and International markets.We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is very motivated to be a part of the growth of our existing business and to be continually seeking and closing new opportunities. Experience in selling fasteners, and/or electronic hardware and/or industrial products is a plus but not an absolute requirement.Job Summary:* Participate in the development of new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow business.* Promotes/sells/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.* Articulate ACF complete VMI solution/services to convert prospective customers when appropriate.* Aggressively follow up on all sales leads* Define and fulfill customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services* Process all paperwork for orders from Customers where necessary, to include route sheet preparation, sales contracts, prints and specifications* Make cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities in new markets.* Work collaboratively with ACF Territory Sales Team.* Understand and support established sales policies and procedures.* Attend sales and operations planning meetings as directed.Qualifications and Skills:* At least 2 years of recent experience selling electronic hardware and industrial fasteners to OEM and CEM accounts is a plus* Computer literacy* A confident and determined approach* Excellent communication skills including written, verbal with the ability to persuade others, listening, and customer service skills with the ability to effectively to meet client needs, etc.* Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and high level of accuracy.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* A confident and determined approach* High School Diploma or GED.
