school dedicated to supporting children ages 0–3 with developmental
delays and special needs. Our team is committed to delivering

our highly rated Early Start program. Position Summary We are
seeking a caring, knowledgeable Early Intervention Specialist to
provide developmental services to infants and toddlers through
engaging, evidence-based, programming in a center-based school
environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about early
childhood development, enjoys coaching families, and thrives in a
multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct developmental
assessments, including DAYC assessments, and contribute to IFSP
goal development. Provide engaging, evidence-based, developmental
sessions in a center-based school setting. Coach caregivers to
support ongoing developmental progress at home. Collaborate with
physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language
pathologists, and service coordinators. Maintain accurate
documentation, progress notes, and required reports. Participate in
team meetings, IFSP reviews, and professional development.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Child Development,
Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Human Development, Social
Work, or related field. Experience with infants, toddlers, or
children with developmental delays preferred. Strong communication
and caregiver-coaching skills. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. CPR certification
(or willingness to obtain). Bilingual languages a plus.
Compensation Competitive salary based on experience. Part-time
