Social Worker (LMSW) – Temp-to-Perm Schedule: Hybrid (On-site
Remote) Remote Eligibility: 1 remote day per week after 3 months
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent Now hiring a Licensed
Social worker to come join a wonderful facility in San Francisco.
Schedule: Full-time M-F 8am-4pm After 3 months position turns
Hybrid with 1 day remote Responsibilities Provide counseling and
support to clients facing various life challenges. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Conduct
assessments to evaluate clients' needs and progress. Participate in
ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
Engage in regular supervision and feedback sessions to enhance
skills. Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment
goals. Advocate for clients' needs within the community and
healthcare systems. Utilize data and metrics to assess the
effectiveness of interventions. Facilitate group therapy sessions
to promote peer support. Stay updated on best practices and
emerging trends in social work. Experience/Qualifications Master's
degree in Social Work (LMSW) from an accredited institution. Must
have 1 year of experience Experience in counseling or social work,
preferably in a clinical setting. Eagerness to engage in ongoing
professional development and training. Ability to utilize data to
assess intervention effectiveness and client progress. Strong
understanding of treatment planning and client assessment
methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary teams for client care. Strong advocacy skills to
represent clients' needs effectively. Commitment to staying updated
on best practices in social work. Proficiency in maintaining
accurate documentation of client interactions. Experience in
facilitating group therapy sessions for peer support. If you would
